Challenge: After a six-month period of educating a group of 22 project leaders of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, we arrived in the final week. A week where all learnings came together. Teams were divided into four groups, with our team being in charge of how to tackle the subject ‘Content’.
Ambition: Use a Design Sprint week to create a viable solution to the poor reach of Chamber of Commerce digital and analogue content. Solving the following ‘how might we’ statement:
"How might we inform entrepreneurs on time with information that is relevant at that specific moment."
The group of 22 people was divided into four groups, each with a different challenge. The groups were coached by four different coaches and received joint theoretical explanations from a facilitator.
In preparation for the Design Sprint, a preparatory kick-off took place on 6 November during which the four subjects were recorded. At the end of November, the participants also received a personal Sprint diary in which they could record their thoughts of that week.
Outcome: The Chamber of Commerce celebrates entrepreneurship and is also there for the entrepreneur after 1, 2 or 5 years. Via an interactive video message, the Chamber of Commerce reaches out after 1 year and will provide the entrepreneur with information that is suitable to his or her situation and industry. In the video, you receive a personalised message with all the achievements of the past year. Subjects that are closely related to the industry the receiver is working in. Afterwards, the viewer gets forwarded to a page where useful links are provided, including a chatbot that is available for all possible questions.
